HOW TO SHIP YOUR FLOWERS

Items You Will Need

​​​​​​

  • A shipping box that fits your bouquet size without leaving too much space

​

  • Paper or packing peanuts to fill in the gaps of free space (avoid bubble wrap or plastic) 

​

  • Kraft paper for wrapping bouquet (can also be used to fill free space) 

​

  • Paper towel 

​

  • Aluminum foil

I N S T R U C T I O N S

Trim stems to fit in the shipping box (Remove any ribbons or pendants you want to keep before shipping).

Use a damp paper towel to cover the bottom of the stems.

Use aluminum foil to secure the dampened paper towel to the bottom of the stems.

Wrap the entire bouquet in kraft paper (like a burrito).

Crumple extra kraft paper or packing peanuts and begin filling the box (Avoid using bubble wrap or plastic as it could promote mold in the flowers).

Place your bouquet into the middle of the shipping box and fill in any empty spaces around it.

Gently fold the kraft paper over the top of your flowers before closing. Seal box and label with marker, “Fragile” and “This side up” on all sides of the box.

Bring box to UPS or Fedex and pay for shipping to our studio. (Address will be disclosed after purchase). It is imperative to purchase overnight or 1-2 day shipping! (Pro-tip: Create a free Shippo account to compare discounted shipping rates!)
