THE PROCESS
PHASE 1: Place Your Order
Let's transform your special moments into everlasting memories! Whether it's a wedding bouquet, a memorial arrangement, or simply blooms from a day you hold dear, we're excited to create a timeless keepsake just for you. Choose your frame preferences, complete the inquiry form and we will provide an invoice. Once your deposit is received the order is reserved.
PHASE 2: Ship or Drop Off Your Flowers
We accept orders from all over the United States. If you are shipping your flowers, we will provide instructions on how to carefully package them for transit, or you can find them HERE. To ensure the flowers stay in prime condition, it is imperative to ship them no longer than 3 days after the event. We recommend overnight or 1-2 day shipping. The fresher the better for the preservation process.

If you are local to the Saint Petersburg/Tampa area in Florida, we highly encourage scheduling a drop off to avoid shipping costs.
PHASE 3: Drying in the Press
Once we have received your flowers we begin the delicate process of preparing them for preservation. Our new process involves carefully flattening and drying the flowers between layers of paper with our hand-crafted wooden press. To guarantee the best results, we take the extra steps of disassembling bulkier flowers petal by petal when necessary. During the initial week of pressing, we cogently monitor the flowers, replacing damp papers as needed. Deepening on the varieties of flowers and greenery, they will then press and dry for several weeks. (See our FAQs for the changes that occur during this process.)
PHASE 4: Design & Framing
After the flowers have completely dried, we remove them from the press, reconstruct any disassembled blooms, and apply optional color enhancements. We then proceed to the design phase, where we create a rough draft layout based on your chosen design style. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we will only finalize the design after receiving your approval.

With your approval of the design, we then carefully seal it within our handcrafted wooden frames, tailored to your preferences, Your framed florals will be inspected before packing up for pickup or delivery and you will be contacted as soon as it's ready!

The timeline for this process ranges as each customized preservation is entirely unique and requires a multitude of steps. Our turn around time is approximately 6-10 weeks, although can be subject to change. Preserving flowers is a very lengthy process when done properly and for this reason we count offer rush orders.
